If you email us, please indicate which development/s you are interested in and what your specifications are, for example, how many bedrooms / bathrooms you would like, what your budget is, if parking is required (most properties come with parking). We will then contact the developers immediately regarding availabilities of the properties concerned. Once availabilities are confirmed and you have decided to go ahead, we will send you a reservation form and hold the units that you wish to purchase for 48 hours whilst reservation arrangements are made. The usual reservation fee is €3000. This can occasionally vary according to the particular development. The usual deposit for a foreign investor in Spain is between 20-40% of the purchase price. After payment of the reservation fee, the balance of the deposit must be paid within 30-40 days and upon the signing of the contracts with the developers. If you decide to use the independent firm of solicitors and accountants that we recommend, we will introduce you to them immediately and they will make all the necessary arrangements from then on before the signing of contracts.
